Mission Statement
Full DocumentAcknowledging that educators play a vital role in nurturing genius by fostering and celebrating intellectual inquiry, the mission of the Talented and Gifted Department is to provide talented and gifted students with a variety of challenging, extensive, and unique academic opportunities and intellectual stimulation in a flexible environment that is open and accepting of new ideas and opinions that address the individual learning styles, characteristics, interests, personal needs, and capabilities of talented and gifted students with an additional emphasis on developing affective and social skills.
