Mrs.O’Brien’s class created a “virtual” map of the Creek View Media Center. We spilt up into groups of three or four. One group went to the Media Center to draw a map of the library so you could see all the sections. Other groups went to their assigned sections and learned about the types of books found there. Then they took pictures and wrote a paragraph about the area. Later they put all that on their own web page. Meanwhile, the map group used the Promethium Board to change it and computerize it. Now you can click on an area of the Media Center and learn about what you can find there! We learned a lot of new things about computers. It was a lot of fun and all the hard work really paid off.
